Return Policy

Prior authorisation required.

No returns of materials will be accepted without prior express agreement between the buyer and Levante Sistemas de Automatización y Control SL before any shipment.

The customer must notify in writing their intention and justification for the return within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the material.

Claims must be made in a reliable manner.

 

Shipping, packaging and return costs

All returns or related shipments (replacement, credit or repair) must be sent to the premises of Levante Sistemas de Automatización y Control SL with postage paid by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.

The product must be shipped in packaging appropriate to its weight, dimensions and nature, ensuring its proper protection during transport.

Penalty for reasons beyond the control of Levante Sistemas de Automatización y Control SL

When the return is due to a customer error or other cause beyond the control of Levante Sistemas de Automatización y Control SL, a penalty may be applied for inspection and reconditioning costs, depending on each case.

 

Return limitations

Returns of unsealed, used, assembled or tampered with materials will not be accepted.

Returns of products designed, customised or manufactured specifically for the customer will not be accepted.

Sensitive products (such as ESD components) will be subject to inspection in accordance with applicable protocols and technical standards.

 

Procedure and documentation

All returns must have a return authorisation number (RMA) or equivalent document issued and accepted in writing by Levante Sistemas de Automatización y Control SL prior to shipment.

Returns must include the original order or invoice reference and be in resalable condition (original packaging intact).

 

Products subject to warranty

Warranty returns shall be governed by the product manufacturer's terms and conditions and specific procedures.

 

Verification and quality control

Levante Sistemas de Automatización y Control SL may inspect returned products to verify their condition, authenticity and compliance with the terms and conditions.

In the event of fraud, counterfeiting or alteration, appropriate legal or regulatory action may be taken.

 

Jurisdiction and litigation

The parties expressly submit to the courts of Malaga for the resolution of any dispute arising from these conditions.
